From the outset of our breeding program, we at Armthopre Falcons were determined to produce nothing but the highest quality hunting falcons. This has meant a “no compromise” attitude either in the falcons we use in our breeding program, the facilities we build or the nutrition we provide for our falcons.

Golden Creek Bird Farm

We are a dedicated group of falconers with a common goal: produce excellent birds of prey to be able to maintain our sport, falconry. The Breeding project is supervised by Eduardo Cabral, falconer and breeder of birds of prey with the Licence Number 1 from The Ministry of Environment of Portugal.

Falcon Quester Longwings (based in Derbyshire, U.K .) are selectively producing some of the finest Peregrines, Merlin and Gyr Hybrids in the U.K.

M&J raptors are based in South Yorkshire and produce
some of the finest hunting raptors available, all our breeding stock has been proven in the field of falconry before being placed into breeding projects.

High cayton falcon

Breed birds are kept in aviarys without visual contact with man. Aviary size is customized for each falcons according to his needs - enough space for moving and to keep aviary clean. Then we have smaller open cabinets for other birds. In those hunting falcons are kept.

We have specialised in the captive breeding of large falcons. We breed only the very best falcons which are selected by various criteria, though hunting passion ranks first. The following species are used for breeding:

Radium Falcon Farm has been successfully breeding Falcons since 1987.
We are located in the Heart of the Rocky Mountains, in the small town of Radium Hot Springs, nested between the Rocky Mountains and the Purcell Mountains, in southeast British Columbia, Canada.
